From the Start menu, select Control Panel. When the Control Panel window opens, click on the 'View network status and tasks' link from the Network and Internet section.

Next, click on the 'Set up a connection or network' link.

When the Choose a Connection Option window appears, select 'Setup a dial-up connection' and click Next.

Fill in the appropriate fields with the correct dial-up number, username, and password. Choose whether or not to save this information, and also whether or not to allow other accounts on the computer to use this connection. When you are finished, click 'Create'.

After Windows finished creating the connection for you, it will bring you back to the Network and Sharing Center. Click on the 'Manage network connections' link.

Next, right-click on the connection you created and select 'Properties'.

Choose the 'Networking' tab on the top. Then make sure the 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)' is highlighted, and select the 'Properties' button.

Select 'Use the following DNS server addresses and enter the following information:

Preferred DNS Server: 24.247.24.66
Alternate DNS Server: 69.54.192.2 or 69.54.200.3

When you are finished, click 'OK'.

This concludes your MIND dial-up connection setup.
